Senior/Executive, Marketing

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Senior/Executive, Marketing to increase leads and patient referrals to the company.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement the effective marketing strategies, KPIs and work plans in line with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct marketing research, analysis current market trends conditions to meet client’s healthcare needs and service expectations.
- Propose media plan for digital marketing and media placements and assist with design artwork, write up/copywriting and work closely with partners.
- Introduction of services and establish new relationship with doctors and partners to generate new leads through local and regional marketing activities and networking.
- Manage and maintain long term relationship with local and regional doctors and partners through overseas marketing trips, courtesy visits and events to grow referrals.
- Cultivate patient’s loyalty and advocacy through continuous engagements to encourage the word-of-mouth referrals.
- Assist incoming enquiries and appointment bookings receive through email, call, and Whatsapp and liaise with clinics, doctors, and patients.
- Monitor marketing inventory and assist clinics with collateral orders.
- Plan and organize marketing events and projects and prepare post events report.
- Prepare marketing report and analysis on marketing performance on regular basis and support other adhoc reporting requests as and when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree/Diploma in marketing/business or related discipline
- At least 4 years’ experience in healthcare/sales would be a bonus
- Having great interpersonal and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Highly motivated, energetic, results-oriented, independent, with a great business sense
