Senior Finance Executive

• Manage and maintain the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable modules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
  
• Prepare and maintain journal entries, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions .
  
• Prepare and submit GST returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Liaise with bankers for bank matters, and IT support team for any IT issues relating to the Oracle accounting system.
  
• Assist in monthly financial closing activities and year-end audit preparation.
  
• Support both internal and external audit processes.
  
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in accountancy or related professional qualification.
  
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting or finance roles, with specific experience in GL, AR, AP, and financial reporting.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel (e.G. v look-up command, pivot table).
  
• Meticulous with an eye for detail, responsible, and have a good working attitude.
  
• Knowledge of Oracle will be an added advantage.
  
• Possess initiative and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
