Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager with a strong background in FMCG or retail to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of finance and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance, accounting (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable), treasury, and tax functions for our local retail entity.
  
• Prepare and present monthly management and financial reports, providing variance analysis directly to the management team.
  
• Supervise and guide the finance team in daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory submissions, including annual tax submissions and GST returns.
  
• Liaise with external auditors, corporate secretaries, and tax agents to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
  
• Lead the implementation of procedural, policy, and system changes to support business expansion, compliance, and scalability.
  

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably within medium to large organizations, with demonstrated people management experience.
  
• Strong ability to maintain the integrity of financial accounting processes and reporting, ensuring compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
  
• Proven leadership skills, capable of managing a team of 10 employees effectively.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification with strong numerical aptitude.
  
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
