Senior/Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking dynamic and proactive individuals to join our team as a (Senior/Lead) Software Engineer. This role involves leading a team of engineers to design, implement, and deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable codebases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply best practices in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  
• Analyze and address key user requirements.
  
• Develop and enhance software modules.
  
• Manage a small team to meet project goals and timelines.
  
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and backend architecture design.
  
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  
• Third-party software components intigrations
  
• Collaborate with clients, team leaders, and project managers.
  
• Write and execute unit and integration test plans.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and refine code.
  
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality.
  
• Respond to and resolve issues, recommending timely solutions.
  
• Document technical knowledge and maintain it.
  
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and continuously improve skills.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
  
• Over 8 years of experience as a systems architect or technical lead, with significant experience in enterprise-grade systems using PHP and the Laravel Framework.
  
• Strong understanding of design and architecture patterns for web-based microservices.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, Kubernetes, high-availability backend APIs, PHP, Laravel, Kafka, relational databases, NoSQL, and Swagger.
  
• Expertise in PHP, Laravel Framework, MariaDB, jQuery, and JavaScript.
  
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
  
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
  
• Proven track record in developing secure, high-performance, and high-availability applications.
