Job Overview




The SEA Talent &
Organization Development Center of Excellence (CoE) role will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to develop talent and drive organizational effectiveness at Chagee SEA across Southeast Asia. This role involves creating programs for leadership development, talent management, and organizational development to support the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent and organizational development, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of best practices within the retail sector, particularly in the food and beverage industry.




Key Responsibilities


  • Talent Development Strategy:
    Develop and implement comprehensive talent development strategies that align with Chagee SEA’s business goals and objectives.
  • Leadership Development:
    Design and manage leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders and enhance the capabilities of current leaders.
  • Talent Management:
    Implement talent management processes, including succession planning, career development, and talent reviews, to identify and develop high-potential employees.
  • Organizational Development:
    Develop and implement organizational development initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and support change management.
  • Learning and Development:
    Oversee the creation and delivery of learning and development programs that support employee growth and organizational needs.
  • Performance Management:
    Develop and manage performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
  • Employee Engagement:
    Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
    Monitor and analyze metrics related to talent and organizational development, preparing detailed reports and providing strategic recommendations to the SEA Human Resources Director.
  • Best Practices:
    Stay updated on best practices in talent and organizational development, applying relevant insights to Chagee SEA’s initiatives.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with HR business partners, department heads, and external consultants to ensure the effective implementation of talent and organizational development programs.
  • Change Management:
    Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and ensure a smooth transition during periods of change.


Preferred Skills


  • Extensive experience in talent and organizational development, particularly within the retail or food and beverage sector.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using talent management and organizational development software.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices in talent development, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
