Service Manager/ Lead

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the technical team responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company.
  
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide customized solutions.
  
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal security system installations.
  
• Design and develop security system architectures and infrastructure.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the implementation of security solutions.
  
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, team members, and internal stakeholders.
  
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  

Requirements:

• Degree or Nitec in Engineering or equivalent.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the security solutions industry.
  
• Prior experience managing and leading technical teams.
  
• Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
