Accountabilities

• Learn to become a master at sourcing top talents through utilizing innovative strategies to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  
• Support the internship program, from selection to onboarding and program management
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit;
  
  
• Ensure best possible experience from both a candidate and hiring manager perspective by ensuring timeliness of updates, market intelligence and quality of resumes provided
  
• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process;
  
  
• Working closely with TA &
  hiring team to carry out projects to improve the recruiting processes.
  
• Become the driving force behind our employer branding efforts
  

The Individual And Their Experience

• Demonstrated project management skills with the successful delivery of TA projects
  
• Proficient and creative in the use of social media &
  job boards in recruiting, sourcing &
  employer branding to build a talent pipeline in organisation
  
• Able to engage and influence stakeholders and peers
  
• Team-player with great interpersonal and communication skills
