We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting customers with technical issues, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service.




Job Responsibilities:


  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for systems.
  • Diagnose technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure equipment functionality.
  • Test equipment performance and troubleshoot malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve complex problems.
  • Provide technical support to customers or end-users.
  • Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces and new functionality enhancements.
  • Work with team members in customer support, field test and deployment
  • Perform bug fixing and improvement of current application framework
  • AutoCad or Professional Technical 2D drawing.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in technical support on-site is preferred.
  • Experience with or a keen interest in smart home technology is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • Familiarity with technical support tools and software.
  • Basic understanding of networking, software applications, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent problem analysis and innovation skills
