Technical Facilities Officer (Construction)

Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Technical Facilities Officer to be part of their Technical Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Duties of Technical Facilities Officer:

• Support maintenance of building and M&
  E systems, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  
• Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  
• Manage repairs, replacements, and procurement for M&
  E systems.
  
• Supervise technicians and maintain safety standards.
  
• Coordinate tenant fit-out works, ensure compliance with guidelines, and manage tenant handovers.
  
• Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance and fit-out activities.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in related field
  
• Relevant experience, preferably with Commercial Building
  
• Able to commit to working shift hours, alternate Saturdays
