Technical Officer

. Ensure that facility is in operation and comply with the latest Singapore Standards, Statutory Laws and Code of Practice.
- Provide day to day supervision and support to their specific discipline to ensure safe, courteous and efficient service to the building's users.
- To assist Building Manager and Executive to attend to any fault/breakdowns within the property.
- Perform routine inspections within buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
- Able to troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment unit and damaged structures.
- Assist Facilities Management Team to collate monthly utilities (electricity, water, NEWater, refuse, recycle and ) for all properties.
- Maintain preventative maintenance procedures and ensure all equipment and systems are maintained in accordance to industry standard.
- Carry out planned maintenance duties and respond to engineering maintenance faults and breakdowns.
- Keep Executive and Building Manager informed of any issues found on site.
- Respond to fir e alarms, persons trapped in lifts and mechanical and electrical engineering emergencies.
- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
- Any other duties as part of Technician's responsibilities.
- To be member of Cert Team of assigned property.
- Assist Facilities Management Team on any site visits as required by the Employer
- Assist Facilities Management Team on all necessary documentation in order for all records to be in good order.
