Finance/Hr Manager

Responsibilities:

• Record and update entries for purchases, sales, payments, receipts, payroll, and journal entries in the SAP system.
  
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and transparency of financial records.
  
• Manage petty cash transactions, maintain proper documentation and accountability.
  
• Perform regular stock counts to reconcile physical inventory with system records on a quarterly and yearly basis.
  
• Handle the preparation and submission of corporate tax, VAT, and withholding tax filings.
  
• Oversee treasury management activities, including forecasting weekly cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity, and managing administrative banking tasks.
  
• Prepare and present monthly management reports, including Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets, to senior management.
  
• Serve as the system administrator for SAP, ensuring system integrity and providing technical support to users as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and prepare necessary reports as required by regulatory bodies.
  
• Lead recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  
• Manage the payroll process and ensure its accuracy.
  
• Oversee office administration tasks, including supply management, facilities maintenance, and coordination of office events.
  
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
  
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude towards learning and professional development.
  
• Able to work independently as well as with the team.
