Responsibilities:


  • Handle general HR duties including work pass administration such as applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance.
  • Manage workers' related issues and provide necessary support.
  • Handle compensation and benefits (C&
    B) and payroll information ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as CPF contributions.
  • Liaise with MOM, CPF, and other statutory boards as required.
  • Manage submissions for CPF, IR21, IR8A, and other relevant documents.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
  • Provide general administration support to the Management.
  • Manage and support office events, and handle other ad hoc assignments.
  • Review reports for accuracy and analyze collected data, providing observations and recommendations to the Manager.
  • Act as the contact point for employee queries up to assistant managerial level.


Requirements:


  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong technical, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the HR field.
  • Experience with Infotech Payroll software will be advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective team player with strong collaborative and communication skills.
