Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop sales channels across assigned territories.
  
• Align with business unit objectives to formulate annual business plans for sales channels.
  
• Cultivate an understanding of target account management and market dynamics.
  
• Foster strong relationships with industry peers and stakeholders.
  
• Expand client base and pinpoint growth opportunities within assigned regions.
  
• Utilize both local and headquarters support resources effectively.
  
• Perform other related duties as assigned by superior.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher, with a minimum of 3 years in sales.
  
• Familiarity with technical concepts, especially in machine vision.
  
• Proficient in using Salesforce.Com.
  
• Demonstrate team collaboration abilities and experience in team leadership.
  
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++/C#/Python is advantageous.
  
• Able to travel frequently.
