Project Description and Components:
The project is ongoing and focuses on building and maintaining client relationships. The primary responsibility is to understand the goals and needs of clients and be prepared to make recommendations on how to support those objectives.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Onboarding and Account Setup:

    • Onboard and set up new clients, agreeing on the scope of work and tailoring accounts to ensure optimal efficiency and success.
    • Support and coach clients on the use of the app.

  • Client Support and Sales:

    • Upsell packages or additional ‘a la carte’ package features to the client, based on their needs and goals.
    • Monitor service delivery performance, conduct ongoing needs assessments, and implement solutions to increase the efficiency of account delivery.

  • Team Oversight and Reporting:

    • Oversee the daily operations of Team Leaders and Virtual Assistants who deliver on-account support.
    • Generate executive reports to update the Corporate Leadership team.

  • Increased client satisfaction scores.
  • Renewed contracts and expanded accounts.
  • Increased sales and revenue generation.

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in a similar industry.
