Procurement Executive
job description
· Effectively negotiate commercial terms and conditions with internal and external vendors, including negotiation
on pricing, payment terms, lead time, warranty period etc.
· Review and process Material Requisitions within the allocated time frame by assessing quotations,
· Negotiating vendors’ pricing, terms &
conditions, and delivery to meet project/customer’s requirements.
· Purchasing of materials and services within budget, from the right source, at the right specification, in
the right quantity, and on-time delivery.
· Arrange all logistics, ensuring correct packaging and suitable delivery method.
· Supports RFQ and Costing enquires from the Project and Sales teams.
· Build and maintain good supplier relationships and adopt cohesive relationships internally.
· Maintain good vendor management and interact with the External Providers daily.
· Liaise with other cross-functional departments, particularly the Finance and Project departments.
· Enhance daily end-to-end procurement operations according to Procurement Policy and Procedures.
· Support any ad-hoc duties required by the Procurement Manager.
