Sales Executive/Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Executive/Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients in the target market segments.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business expansion.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our fire protection solutions.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner.
3. Sales Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Close sales deals and achieve individual and team sales targets.
4. Sales Reporting and Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to the sales manager.
- Use CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer data effectively.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical sales engineers, project managers, and customer service representatives, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience or proven experience in sales, preferably in the M&
E or construction industry. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
