The Opportunity


  • Adecco is partnering with a Customer Service Specialist for Business Banking
  • Immediate/ Able to start within 1 month notice
  • Focus:
    Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Office Location:
    East/ West
  • Starts off as a 6 months contract with possibility for conversion
  • Operating hours:
    8.30am - 8.30pm (8 hour shift)
  • 1 weekend off and 1 weekday off


The Talent


  • Min. Education.:
    Diploma
  • Highly adaptable, ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Experience in customer service/ customer facing roles
  • Call centre experience highly preferred
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Priority goes to candidates with immediate availability to 1 month notice
  • There will be a 2 months training at Changi or Jurong


The Job


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries on general and transactional enquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer requests.
  • Customer outreach to encourage the use of digital services.
  • Consistently deliver high quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction without compromising risk standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve all customer queries and requests.
  • Able to multi-task while speaking to customers and toggle between system application screens in a fast-paced environment.
  • To consistently meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery
  • To adhere to professional standards of behaviour &
    conduct in dealing withcustomers &
    fellow colleagues
  • Operating Hours are from 8.30am – 8.30pm, on 5-day work week with rotating shifts, Mondays to Sundays and public holidays.
